Newbie Disks

Ladies and Gentlemen,

You may now all thank the great Apple II FAQ writers out there for this
post.  I'm looking for someone, preferably from the American Northwest,
to make me some getting started disks.  I've tried my best with a ProDOS
Z-Link disk and ADT, but I'm not getting very far at all.  I don't mind
covering shipping, the cost of the disks, and whatever your time is
worth, as long as it's reasonable.  If anyone doesn't mind helping the
new guy out, email me at djackman(at)makualla.org.  I'm looking for
atleast the following:

Standalone ProDOS disk
Standalone DOS 3.3 (Or equivalent) disk
Copy ][+
(un)Shrink-IT
A couple of blank, formatted, ready-to-go sort of disks.

...and whatever else you'd recommend.
