Apple IIGS deja-vu

Saw something on the news that was like
deja-vu back to the days of the Apple IIGS.
Apple is being sued by Apple, the Beatles'
company again.

If you remember, the last time this happen
was when Apple decided to put the
Ensoniq sound chip into the Apple IIGS.
Recently, it was due to iPod and iTunes.

Apparently, Apple Computers had agreed
not to produce music related products
when they were first sued by Beatles.  I
think the IIGS lawsuit was the second time.
That would make this recent one the third.

It was kind of sad to see that no one in
the news circles remembers the name of
the computer that the chip went in last
time, though.  IIGS was not mentioned by
name.
