Not quite clear what you are talking about, but any ADB (not USB) 
keyboard should work on the Apple IIgs, and the F keys should be 
programmable in the same way as you would for the standard IIgs 
keyboard, if it had F keys.  I used the USS Saratoga (nickname), and a 
later model full keyboard with my IIgs for years, and even used TAPL to 
program the F keys for complex scripts in AppleWorks (Classic of 
course).  Some of the later Mac ADB keyboards may have had extra keys 
that were not usable by the IIgs, but I would guess that the standard 
keys would not have been affected.  I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm 
wrong.
