If you can find the files, put them on a ProDOS disk image with one of
the Apple II disk image utilities.

<shameless plug> CiderPress has a feature that converts ShrinkIt file
archives to ProDOS disk images and vice-versa.  CiderPress is shareware,
the rest are varying shades of free.

My personal preference is to run SciiBin under Linux and get rid of the
BinSCII wrapper.  Most BinSCIIed stuff was compressed with ShrinkIt
anyway, so the file type preservation isn't important.
