As I mentioned in a prior message in this thread, I was able to
create a copy of the MFS (400K, single sided) disk using a Mac
emulator. The output disk is an HFS (800K, double sided) disk created
using an Apple 3.5 inch disk drive. The HFS version boots and runs on
the Mac emulator.
I was then able to make a copy of the HFS disk using Diversi-Copy
on a IIgs. The copy also booted the Mac emulator and ran OK. So, it
is possible to make a copy of a Mac HFS disk on a IIgs.
I did try making a copy of the MFS disk with Diversi-Copy. The
first 800 blocks of the MFS disk were read OK but then Diversi-Copy
quit saying that the disk was bad. So, while an MFS disk can be read
on a IIgs, it apparently can't be copied.
