I've been working on a command-line interface for Rob Greene's
AppleCommander, a java-based tool for working with Apple II disk
images. A reasonably stable version is available at
http://www.wright.edu/~john.matthews/ac.html
I've tested it under Mac OS X and Linux, mostly on ProDOS
images. It can list DOS and Pascal images, but it's untested for
copying. Back up your image before testing it!
