I had one of the 63W IIgs supplies handy, so I opened it.  There is no
120/240 jumper that I can find.  There is a missing jumper near the AC
input, but it's just labeled "j3".

However, I think it would be pretty easy to wire up a PC power supply to do
the job, just mount it externally.
