The keyboard and mouse from a 90's era Macintosh will work with your IIgs,
and you need some floppy drives too- you can use 2 each of the 3.5" and
5.25" drives.

If you have access to a 90's era Mac, you can use it to make bootable 3.5"
disks. The GS/OS can be downloaded free from Apple's archives.
Alternatively, the faq lists places that will mail you the disks for a small
fee.
