They are cooler still. You can now get IDE and Compact Flash
hard drives that will run in the //e or the IIgs. (//e must be enhanced)
I have an 800 mb IDE drive in my IIgs and a 64 mb CF card in the IIe.
I recently acquired an adapter set up that converts CF to PCMCIA to
IDE and will add that to the IIgs with 128 mb CF card for backups.
