Bad Ram on Apple IIc

I have run 3 different tests on one of my IIc's ram and
all 3 tell me that I have bad motherboard ram, but the
self test is the only one that seems to tell where, well
it sorta does. Here is what I get, can someone decipher.
*RAM 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0
