The reality is that if it wasn't for those old computers of yesteryear,
we wouldn't have the computers nor the huge gaming console industry
which exists today.

It's not that people are poor and can't afford the latest technologies
which are usually backward compatible to something older. Take
PlayStation 2, it still can play older PlayStation 1 games. Or your PC,
going back to days of Unix or MS-DOS command lines.

Some of us, like to renaissance the golden age of computing and video
gaming.
