I hear ya. I sold my IIgs a while back and made a bundle. The truth is, I
haven't missed it since I'm more of a IIe guy. I wouldn't part with my
"super professional" IIe for the world... well, if someone offered me the
WHOLE world I would probably make the trade but then I would end up owning
my IIe anyway since it's part of the whole world.

Anyway, you might just consider selling certain parts for that much needed
cash. I have a fairly rigid rule that I won't part with anything that I have
no hope of replacing, if it's something important to me. This rule has been
broken in the last (ecconomically depressed) year but not usually. I would
have a hard time finding replacements for some of my A2 clone collection so
I'll probably keep those forever.

A RamFast SCSI card would be EXPENSIVE to replace later but I could still
buy one if I had to. A Pineapple clone would nearly impossible to replace no
matter how much I was willing to spend for it. Etc.
