Go to http://www.ttpi.com/

 - Click the image of a cable called "Computer Accessories & Supplies"
 - Look at the great-looking menu on the left, and go to the bottom
 - Click on "Diskettes"
 - Click on "5.25 Sleeves"
 - Choose from Paper or Tyvek

Paper is $0.09/each, Tyvek is $0.12/each.
