I'd recommend some Googling before asking.  This board has
been extensively written about and there are probably dozens
of threads discussing what it can do.

It is an alternate disk controller for a PC which is capable of
reading and writing almost any non-high-density 5.25" disk,
including Apple GCR disks, using a standard non-HD PC drive.

The closest comparison today would be the CatWeasel card.

Like the CatWeasel, what it can or cannot do is a function of
the software written for it.
