First off the IIc without a disk tries to boot from the disk and upon finding none hangs. Simply hit control-reset and get the "]" prompt. Now type the IN#2 and wait. Go to the PC and setup to send the DOS33DUMP file by ASCII send with .2 to .4 seconds of line delay. Once sent, go to the IIc and insert a disk, and type "INIT HELLO". When done you should have a DOS (ESDOS ][ actually) disk.
THAT DID IT! actually, i'm not sure if it was booting off of one of the system disks or if it was putting a 100 ms delay between the characters (to go along with the 400 ms line delay), but i got it thru! THANKS!
