I went over them very carefully

On the 20 pin connector pin 12 has no connection, there isn't even wire to that pin
Pin 15 is connected to pin 8
Pin 17 is connected to pin 9
Pin 19 is n/c
On the 19 pin connector pin 16 doesn't even exist so it's definetly n/c


So, I'm not sure how exactly build my cable, and since the
discrepances here are with Voltage lines, I'm afraid to end with a //c
and a Drive ][ both fried like eggs, and remember how difficult to
find these machines are here in Argentina! So here comes another
question: why the IDC has four pins with +12v: are they for different
purposes? Or it's just the same if I connect the +12V pin on the DB 19
(pin 7) to any +12V pin on the IDC 20 (pins 13, 15, 17 and 19)??? Does
the drive ][ need to recive +12v through each of these pins??? And
finnally, on TABLE 3, IDC20-pin12 <-----> DB19-pin16, should be a
typing mistake... what do you think?

If you look at the top of the analog card in your disk II you'll find one trace connects pins 13, 15, 17, and 19.

On the bottom of the Analog card pins 11 & 12 are connected

So because these pins are connected Tables 1 and 2 are effectively identical.
