Re: old mac

OK, I couldn't help but emphasize this line....

Anyway, as has been said, you'll have better luck in a Mac newsgroup.

Also, I'd recommend www.lowendmac.com as a great info site...

My guess, if you're saying it wasn't designed to be opened, it's an
all-in-one Mac (monitor built in)??? If so, it's not a IIsi..

The "phone" connector, if it's internal is prabably a modem. I'm not aware
(???) of any phonenet cards far Macs, and an Ethernet card uses an RJ45
connection. (Larger than a phone connection)

As for the Internet, lowendmac.com has old versions of Netscape that might
run.

I have an ethernet card in my IIsi and it browses the web..

When I can get my //e to join it, I'll be happy.. :-)

www.lowendmac.com is a much better resource than I am.. (Course, I'm mostly
a Windows user now.. hmm :-)

Good luck
