I have done it. It is not hard. You need to drill new
mounting holes in the PC case. You'll also need
an AT power supply and the plastic IIGS power
connector (you can order the connector from an
electronics place like DigiKey, I don't remember
the exact part number). You then use a jewler's
screwdriver to pop out each of the connector
wires of the right voltage (or ground) from the AT
power connector and insert them into the IIGS
connector of the appropriate pinout. When
you are done, insert the AT supply into the case.
Mount the IIGS motherboard with the holes you
drilled. Plug the new IIGS power connector into
the motherboard (make sure you wired correctly
or you'll fry the IIGS motherboard). That's it.

You'll also need to cut out the back I/O panel of
the PC tower and fabricate a new one. That's
not hard. You can do it out of plexiglass.

I had my AT power cable wrap over the IIGS
peripheral cards before plugging into the IIGS
motherboard. The boards won't fall out (they
are gripped pretty tightly) but this was just in
case. Also, put paper between each card to
ensure they don't short each other.
