The problem is easily solved. You need a 5.25" drive.
DOS 3.3 or patched versions don't run from 3.5" disks.
I have 6 Disk II drives and can let you have one for the
shipping costs, provided you live by our slogan,
"APPLE II FOREVER" ;-)
