Apparently nibble editors are one such class--the Copy II Plus
3.5" bit copy won't work with Superdrives.

Won't work with SuperDrives, or won't work with the SuperDrive controller?

My (possibly flawed) understanding was that a SuperDrive plugged into a IIgs
port was physically indistinguishable from an 800K drive.

I was wondering how indistinguishable it is. The only software I can
think of that knows there's anything other than an 800k drive attached
is the AEHD driver.
