Sure it's not the mini 8-pin connector...???  I have a few of them
kicking about, though I don't have any extra terminators (not hard to
make, I guess, it's just a resistor stuck in a telephone connector)

Don't think I've ever seen a DB9 one, though that only proves I've never
seen one ;-)
