Plus it's really bad form to sue computing's most prestigious female nerd.

But I'm not sure your assertion is true, strictly speaking.  Ownership of
the Amiga name has passed back and forth for years.  Did the rights to the
C64 not make the journey alongside the Amiga?  Commodore may not exist as a
corporate entity anymore, but surely somebody does still own the C64, right?
