A IIc with a UniDisk or a IIc+ is also nice. An 800K floppy feels
like
a
hard disk compared with the 160K on a 5.25" disk. The compactness and
elegance of the IIc/IIc+ makes them attractive, lack of slots is a
downside.
hey Paul,
I'm sure you made a typo, but where are you getting the extra 20K on your
5.25s ?
Not a typo, a mistake! Somehow I got it in my head that Apple II floppies
were 160K. I checked, and you're correct, it's 140K.
I collect all types of antique computers, so I must have gotten confused
there. Thanks for pointing it out.
