HTML would not have the same results if read backwards.  It must be read in
sequence to perform.

For example:

</big>hello</big>

v

>gib/<olleh>gib<

or even:

</big>hello<big>

even in the simplest case it is different.  The script is and must be
performed in sequence.

As I have said befor you are limiting your definition of programming from
the standard published definition.  The concept of a Turing engine allows
for a computational programming, but that does dot define all type of
programming.

The compiler does not define the language it impliments it.  If a compiler
has non-standard extensions that increase the functionality on a particular
platform it does not mean the "language" supports it, just that a particular
dialect does.  If someone wrote a browser that allowed inline-assembly
language for for windows calls etc. it would not mean that HTML for every
other browser would have to change.
