So you give one example, and believe that you are able to generalize from
that. To continue your logic, this is a mathematic equality:

1 = 1

Thus, HTML is mathematics:

<body>
1 = 1
</body>
</html>

In fact, HTML is physics as well:

<html>
<body>
e = mc�
</body>
</html>

... and fine literature:

<html>
<body>
To be or not to be...
</body>
</html>

HTML is even music!

Do-be-do-be-do
</body>
</html>
