This could be the alleged "bailout" when ms purchased a staggering
amount of non-voting apple stock.  However, apple was not short on cash
at the time, and this was actually a settlement of several suits
outstanding . . .

However, the Wall Street Journal reported in the early 90's that they'd
found a company financed by ms that did nothing by write internet
software for the Mac . . .

hawk, who remembers when  ms with ms-dos was the good guy that was going
to save us from ibm domination . . .
