My Usenet post has  @@@ and will bounce if you attempt to reply to that
address.

Also of note, in outlook when you reply to a post (if checked) that address
is added to your address book. I have on many occasions been saddled with
both the good and bad address to the same person. A little address book
house cleaning is required from time to time.

I'm perplexed though, my e-mail does contain a valid address and an attempt
to reply to that should not bounce.

If you have 'Tools->Options->Send...Save copy of sent messages in "Sent
Items" folder' checked. Go take a look at the address you sent to and
correct and resend. A forward will be easiest.
