Alternative Methods of Copying Apple II+ ROMs

Hi, guys!

I have a EUROPLUS Apple II+ logic board coming in, and I'd like to make a
copy of the ROMs for safekeeping. However, I have no means of powering up
the logic board. I have other Apple II+ machines, as well as a IIe and IIgs.
I'm thinking of removing the ROMs from the EUROPLUS and popping them into
something, such as an Apple II ROM card, and save the ROMs into binary
files. Or pop in one ROM at a time into some other kind of 3rd-party card,
such as a Hayes Micromodem II card (the MMII didn't use EEPROMs, so the
pin-out should be compatible). What other options do I have? And, would any
of the methods I mentioned cause damage to the ROMs or other hardware?

Thanks!
