"pulsar" kaleidoscope programs

Does anyone remember a set of machine-language programs (BRUN from
a DOS disk) that generated rapidly changing kaleidoscope-ish patterns
in hi-res graphics?  Way back when I was given a DOS disk with maybe
eight different ones, called pulsar1 etc.  The disk is long since gone,
but it would be neat to find the programs again.
