If your expansion ram is full then you have slightly better than 2 mb.
This is sufficient to run GS/OS 6.0.1, however, to run any extensive
programs, it might need to be upgraded. There are 4 mb cards upgradeable
to 8 mb at www.allelec.com , and someone on eBay also sells these.

I sell IDE drives of 800 mb for the IIgs, but I am out of them right now.
I should have some more in a few weeks. They run $110 shipped to the US,
and come fully loaded with GS/OS 6.0.1, along with the system install disks.

The network drive from the Mac is a good idea, but for a dedicated
application,
you should probably make it a stand alone system.
