I have an Apple //c Technical Reference manual (2nd ed) that lists all
the major ROM entry points.  The AppleWin emulator also has a file
that lists them, though only as short mnemonics for use with the
debugger.

I would track down a copy of the //e or //c Tech Ref manual.  You can
get a copy of the //c (2nd Edition) printed up if you order it from
www.A2Central.com   That's where I got my copy..
