Only buggy section appears to be the BRAM emulation. Unfortunately,
I can't be more specific at the moment, otherwise I would fix it myself.

GS/OS 6.0.1 also doesn't correctly remember the state of any windows
that may be open after a re-boot.
It does when running on XGS however. May be also linked to BRAM,
I'm not sure.
