Re: Keyboard for IIgs

You'll need ADB (Apple Desktop Bus) keyboard and ADB mouse with the correct
connectors. These are commonly available for older Macintosh's from 1987
onwards, until the arrival of PowerMac range - the same can be applied to
mouse(s).

The keyboard is especially important to get one with a "reset key", located
by itself above the rest of the keyboard. Without one, you'll have trouble
resetting the computer, apart from turning it on/off all the time just to
run other programs..

Another way is check out the auction sites and see if you could find a
genuine one.

At home, I have two Macintosh keyboards which work brilliantly with the
IIGS and use "Logitech" IIGS made, with three buttoned mouse and matching
driver disk..Not sure which applications would detect the other two buttons
- only needs one!
