Thanks for the picture, I think it will help out once I get a chance to do
some more testing. I've been working on trying to get this old Tektronix
561A scope working better so I can use it to fix the keyboard. It's not easy
(or fun) trying to use half-broken equipment to fix other broken equipment.
I still don't understand those non-logic level outputs I was getting on the
meter (which is why I'm trying to check it out on a scope).
