Try DiskDup+ on the Powerbook - it'll format and write 800K floppies
from .dsk... ProTYPE is helpful with .shk and .sdk files -- corrects the
file type and strips the resource fork, so you can un-shrink them on the
apple II.
I think Bill Garber has DiskDup+ on his site, but you might have to
google for ProTYPE.
Bernie ][ the Rescue (ver 3) is also very handy for working with disk
images, but it'll probably need a newer Mac than your Powerbook.
