HELP! weird Apple UFONIC sound / voice card

Greetings,

I recently acquired one of these cards.  It is manufactured by
Prescription Learning Corp.  It also says Jostens on it.  It consists
of a card and a external speaker box that says UFONIC on it.  

Anyone know anything about this card?  I am seeking software, drivers,
information.  If anyone has any software, a .dsk image would be much
appreciated.  I do not know if this card is for the II or II GS.
