No, they aren't reversed in the 7 expansion slots pin one is on the
right keyboard end of the slot. Pin 50 is on the left at the keyboard
end of the slot. The Auxiliary slot is the same type of pinout.

Anyways all the regular slots on the IIe have pin one and pin fifty
marked. The Auxiliary slot has pin 1 & 60 marked.
On the IIgs slot 1 has pins 1, 25, 26 and 50 marked. The memory
expansion slot has pin 1, 22, 23 and 44 marked.
