I can verify that it does work with Basilisk II-modified HFV files. I
enabled the "My Computer" link on the Basilisk desktop and moved a
bunch of stuff into HFSIMAGE.HFV from my PC's NTFS-formatted C drive.
I burned the HFV file to CD with Nero and the resulting disk worked
perfectly for me under GS/OS 6.0.1.
