When I boot it in slot 0 with the switch in the upward posistion, it
shows the prodos intro screen and then stops.  nothing does anything,
even pressing the reset button is useless.  When i boot it with the
switch in the downward posistion, it does the same thing except that
if i press reset it will enter into the monitor.
