If the ROM card you're referring to is the Apple ROM card then it'll
work just fine in any slot.
With 64mb you can use any version of ProDOS up to 1.9. If your II+
has had the 6502 replaced with a 65C02 or 65802 then you can use
ProDOS 2.0.3
