Especially if they involve a Microsoft product.

It would have been nice to know that before going to the site and 
spending a bunch of time with Safari downloading it and nothing 
happening and more time unstuffing IE and trying again with nothing 
happening.  It's nice that it does it now, but I never saw anything like 
that the first time I went there...
