Re: Flight Sims for Apple II

I once saw an ad in Byte magazine for the Spitfire Simulator. From much I remember, you were chasing wireframe ME-109s over flat land. I had a copy but no instruction and I think it was a buggy one because I couldn't fly more than a few minutes before crashing and burning.

I had to wait for 'Their Finest Hours - the Battle of Britain' on a 386 PC to enjoy WWII aerial combat. Great game, countless hours of fun. Tally ho!

Hi all,

What were all the flight simulation programs that were available to the
Apple II platform?

I know of:

subLOGIC - Flight Simulator
subLOGIC - Flight Simulator II
subLOGIC - Jet Simulator
Electronic Arts - Chuck Yeager's Advanced Flight Trainer

Any others?
I wish I had some mid-80's Apple II related magazines so that I could
browse the ads to see what was available back then.
