Something else I meant to mention..  Contiki is written using the cc65
C compiler.  In order to compile Contiki,  you must download and use
the Apple II support files for cc65.  The support library was written
by Kevin Ruland.  I have done some programming and testing with it,
but I am not sure yet if any pieces required by Contiki are missing.
