If I read the articles correctly, Sun had some other type of contract
with AT&T than IBM once wrote, so SCO/Caldera would not be able to touch
them for "misusing" the UNIX source by leaking it to Linux developers
and themselves promoting Linux besides their own UNIX. But I might've 
misread the article and Sun will be SCO's next target once IBM has been 
brought down.
