Is the screen at all readable through that?  Is it changing at all?
If it is, could just be dried-up capacitors in the video section;
someone with electronics skill (and some respect for high-voltage)
could possibly fix it.

IIRC, the Lisa doesn't have a separate display card, but it's been a
long time since I had one apart.
