Bryan,

I downloaded King's Quest II disk images from the Asimov archive to test.
Those images seem to run alright on Kegs32r3 and AppleWin 1.10.4. They are
.nib images instead of .dsk images so it would seem that the routines to access
the disk require some type of modified DOS. I'm just guessing here but maybe
these routines also require the disk format nibbles (address and data headers)
to be present. These nibbles are present on .nib images but not on .dsk
images.
By the way FishWings does not allow importing of files into DOS 3.3 images,
only ProDOS images.
