LocalTalk Bridge is a free download:
http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/Networking-Communications/Other_N-C/LocalTalk_Bridge_2.1.smi.bin
I ran this on a Quadra 610 for a short time...my IIGS was able to see a
netatalk server through it. It doesn't provide MacIP service, though. I
now have a GatorBox CS that provides both bridging and MacIP; with Marinetti
and the MacIP link layer, I now have limited Internet access from my GS.
