Yeah, and I went down to the local hardware store and tried to buy a
router designed for beginning hobbyists, but they didn't have any of
those either.

Maybe hobbyists should learn to use MCUs that are designed for use by
experts, instead of expecting someone to make a dumbed down MCU that
no one in their right mind would use in an actual product?
