trying to fix my recently broken beige
IIe. as it's the Euro version there is PAL video circuit on board.
the IIe reference manual only shows the
NTSC circuit, which is not for my model.
anyone have one for a PAL model
?
btw I tested the output on a CRO and I
am missing the vertical sync pulses that should be about every 20ms (50Hz).
Horizontal sync is present at 15625Hz and it looks like video is too. just no
vertical.
any ideas ?
