OK, The initial output of the VGC chip in the IIgs has 4 bits for each
color and a separate composite (horizontal) synch. Could that be used
to get the RGB 565 you mentioned? USe the 4 bits to make MSBs of the
necessary signals?
Can anyone tell me more about the VGC chip's outputs?
